All orders are processed using an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private. For credit card orders, your verification number (CVV2) is required. These are the last three digits that can be found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. For you Amex holders, it's the four digits located on the front of the card. If you're not sure, or the numbers are faded from all that shopping, please contact your credit card company before placing your order.
Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is as accurate - especially your email address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was charged to your card. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed.
Don't panic! More than likely, you ran into some trouble placing your order and placed multiple orders by accident. If this is the case, your credit card company could have read the multiple attempts and processed the information entered as a pending transaction. Contact us at email@example.com to verify if your order has gone thru and has been processed. Depending on your credit card company's cycle, and whether your order was processed or not, your pending transactions should clear.
